At Framna, were looking for an AI Engineer whos as curious as they are collaborative. Someone who can dive into supporting structures, such as evaluation frameworks and models, but also explain their findings in a way that makes sense to the rest of us. Framna partners with some of the worlds most ambitious brands, like Swish, SJ, Essity, and SEB, to create digital products that define markets and deliver real-world impact. Were now more than 500 people across eight studios, building apps used by millions every day.

As an AI Engineer here, youll sit in the middle of it all. Some days youll be prototyping new ideas with colleagues. Other days youll be building the services that take those ideas into production. Sometimes youll be the one explaining to a partner whats actually possible with AI right now. And throughout it all, youll have a network of other AI enthusiasts across Framna to share, test, and learn with.

What you will do

This is a role for someone who likes variety. Its about figuring out where AI actually adds value and then building it into products that people can trust and enjoy.

More specifically, youll:

• Explore and apply LLMs and Generative AI, including multi-modal capabilities.
• Build pipelines for training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and scaling models.
• Decide when to go custom and when to use existing tools.
• Fine-tune models and design data pipelines to keep them running smoothly.
• Share your discoveries with colleagues and partners so everyone levels up.
• Contribute to pitches and presentations when we explore new opportunities.
• Lead internal projects that use AI to make Framna smarter and more efficient.
