Full Stack Engineer

The Role and the Team

Join our innovative and collaborative cross-functional team dedicated to transforming healthcare through technology. As a Fullstack Engineer, you'll work across the stack. From modern APIs to clean frontend experiences, and play a key role in shipping features that matter.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, test, and ship features in our core B2B SaaS platform.
• Involved in full lifecycle development, from idea to production.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers.
• Support and improve our CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows in AWS.
• Actively participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and team rituals.

About you

To succeed in this role, you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves collaborating in a small, skilled engineering team. Youre driven by impact, curious about applying AI and new technologies, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical skills we appreciate:

• Proficient in C#/.NET Core
• React + TypeScript skills
• Comfortable working with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with containerized development (Docker) and Kubernetes
• Experience deploying applications using modern CI/CD pipelines
• Skilled at integrating REST APIs
