Job Name: Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a senior C#/.NET developer with at least 10 years of system development experience.

You will work in a technically advanced environment where you contribute your expertise to develop systems that meet regulatory requirements and safety standards within MedTech. Role: * Design, develop and maintain C#/.NET based MedTech applications * Work with backend development in .NET Core/.NET Framework * Create and manage RESTful APIs and microservices * Ensure systems comply with regulatory requirements such as ISO 13485, IEC 62304 and GDPR * Work with data integrity and security within medical technology systems * Collaborate with architects, product owners and other developers * Drive technical decisions and mentor junior developers

Requirements: * At least 10 years of experience in system development in C# and .NET * Experience developing MedTech solutions * Deep knowledge in .NET Core, .NET Framework and ASP.NET * Experience with SQL Server or other databases * Knowledge of Azure, AWS or other cloud platform * Experience with CI/CD, DevOps and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) * Understanding of architectural principles and design patterns * Good knowledge of regulatory requirements within MedTech (ISO 13485, IEC 62304) * Fluent in Swedish and English

Good to Have: * Experience of front-end development in, for example, Angular or React * Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and unit testing * Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) * Previous work with FHIR, HL7 or other medical data standards
