Im Ulf Nyqvist, leading B2B Online in Telia IT Sweden, based in Gothenburg. We are reinventing customer service and introducing innovative digital-care solutions through web-based channels. As a Back-end Developer 

You will be part of a high-performing team responsible for developing Telias corporate customer self-service portal. The goal of th is portal is to create an unforgettable customer experience, allowing businesses to fully utilize Telias services in an intuitive and seamless way.

In this role, you will work within an international team of highly motivated professionals, developing scalable, testable, and maintainable solutions. You will contribute by writing high-quality code, collaborating closely with Product Owners, architects, and other developers, and reviewing and mentoring junior colleagues to enhance their technical capabilities. You will also be solving complex business challenges while working with the latest technologies in Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Beyond coding, you will play an active role in shaping the engineering culture, ensuring best practices in development and monitoring deployed code for improvements. Working in a microservices-based architecture, you will split up complex problems into manageable chunks and ensure smooth integrations across different components.

Who Were Looking For 

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Back-end Developer who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and building great digital experiences. You should be eager to work in a fast-moving, customer-oriented environment, developing high-quality back-end services that directly impact users.

You have experience in developing Java applications using Spring Boot and working with microservice-based architectures. You are comfortable with CI/CD pipelines and have hands-on experience in building and maintaining large-scale projects. You understand the importance of monitoring and alerting tools such as Grafana or Splunk, ensuring that deployed code remains stable and efficient.

In addition to technical expertise, you have a solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong team-player attitude. You are business-minded and understand how technology can drive customer value. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
