IT Customer Management is part of the IT Development organization and consists of 31 employees and consultants. Right now, were taking over responsibility for developing and integrating with our Customer Contact systems. This is an exciting phase where we are establishing new architecture and working methods to create future-proof and efficient solutions.

About the role
As a backend developer in Java, you will be key in integrating backend functionality with our Contact Center platforms, Genesys Cloud, Zendesk and Boost.ai. You will enhance existing applications while also building new solutions from scratch. Your work spans the entire development process from analysis to implementation, in close collaboration with IT architects, developers, and customer service stakeholders. While primarily focused on backend development, you may occasionally support frontend tasks. Balancing technical details with a broader perspective, you will ensure our solutions are modern, efficient and aligned with the business needs of our customer service organization and systems.

A bit more about you

We are looking for a curious and collaborative person who enjoys taking responsibility and contributing to a supportive team environment. You have experience in backend development with Java and feel comfortable working with complex systems. If you also have some knowledge of React, JavaScript and/or TypeScript, thats great, as it allows you to contribute more broadly when needed. Since you will work closely with different teams, good communication skills are valuable, and you should feel comfortable discussing technical solutions in both English and Swedish.

Having experience with technical migrations is an advantage, and if you are familiar with Genesys Cloud or Zendesk, that is another very good bonusbut not a requirement. AI knowledge and chatbot experience are further advantages.

2003

2019
It has been an eventful year! 3Världen was launched, allowing customers to surf in 80 countries at the same price as in Sweden. Then, 3Samla was introduced, enabling all customers to add more users to their subscription. Last but not least, Tre became the first in Sweden to launch a public 5G network.

2025
Tele2 Arena has been renamed 3Arena. With our strong passion for innovation, connectivity, and experiences, we will contribute to developing the arena and the area.
