About the team

We have colleagues around the world, and for the team you will be working with we have awesome teammates from Norway and Finland who are waiting to be your co-workers. We have offices around Finland (Helsinki, Oulu, Kuopio, Lohja) and in Norway. So if you happen to like being at the office, there are plenty of choices for you.


We’re now looking for a Backend developer to support our growth and join our Clinical workflow team! The team has people with different roles and backgrounds working together toward our brand new therapy practice management solution. That means, every commit you push is a stepping stone, the foundation of our new product.


Excellent individuals in our team will help you and for sure we will have a lot of fun.


We are thrilled if you have

  • Backend expertise with Python and its frameworks, such as Django or FastAPI.
  • Data structure, understanding of the processes, structures, and algorithms used to implement and display data.
  • Experience in databases like PostgreSQL, mySQL, etc. Using database tools like pgAdmin and/or similar tools.
  • Microservice architecture is the concept you are familiar with.
  • Cloud computing and terms like Iaas, Paas or Saas means something to you.
  • Experience with GCP is very much appreciated, AWS or Azure experience is considered a plus.
  • Development accessories like Docker, Git, etc. are in your skill-set.
  • Experience with CI/CD is a big plus.
  • Unit testings, integration testings, etc. in your back pocket.
  • Clean code as your standard.
  • A team player mindset.
  • Understanding of frontend development and how UI components work are a huge advantage.
  • Know-how about agile methodology, its ceremonies and some management tools like Jira, kanban, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
