Product & Engineering Team

Our Product & Engineering team, consisting of around 20 talented colleagues, plays a key role in delivering high-quality features. In our feedback-driven culture, every voice matters, supporting your personal and professional growth journey.

Together with the team, you will contribute to our DevOps-inspired approach, optimising our product through continuous improvement and simplicity. We focus on JavaScript full-stack development using React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS, and we emphasise collaborative practices such as pair programming to create impactful solutions.

We are also evolving our technical foundation by moving towards a layered architecture, strengthening the scalability, maintainability, and quality of our platform as we grow.

Key role responsibilities:

• Develop & Maintain: Develop high-performance, scalable Node.js applications from concept through to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the rest of our developers and product team, contributing to building a great user experience.
• Thrive in Simplicity: Enjoy the focused, immersive work of deep-diving in code, driven by the joy of solving complex challenges.
• Refine: Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous learning, always striving to improve the quality and efficiency of our codebase.
  
  

To thrive in this role:

We believe that you are skilled in..

• Node.js: Extensive experience with Node.js and related frameworks, demonstrating a deep understanding of backend development principles.
• JavaScript & TypeScript: Proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript, with solid knowledge of frameworks like Node.js and best practices for building scalable, maintainable applications.
• Cloud & DevOps Practices: Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and DevOps practices, including containerization and automated deployment.

This role requires authorisation to work in Sweden as its based in Sweden. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time, but we welcome applications from everyone eligible to work in the EU.
