Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a team building and evolving coworker-facing digital solutions that support modern selling and order fulfillment experiences. In this role, you will contribute to the development of scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications that enable efficient order handling and a strong day-to-day experience for users. The position is hands-on and suited for an experienced engineer who is comfortable working across backend and frontend, with a clear emphasis on backend development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java/Spring Boot or JavaScript/TypeScript with Node.js
- Build and enhance frontend functionality using React.js
- Develop and integrate solutions related to order fulfillment and selling workflows
- Ensure high code quality through well-structured, testable, and maintainable implementations
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions
- Participate in on-call rotations and support production systems when needed
- Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
- Solid experience with React.js for frontend development
- Strong backend expertise, preferably with Java/Spring Boot or Node.jsbased architectures
- Experience building and integrating complex systems, ideally within order fulfillment or transactional domains
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
- Senior-level experience with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
