About the roleThis role sits at the intersection of Generative AI and Real-Time Audio Processing. You will be a lead builder in our AI evolution, designing agents that don't just "chat," but reason, plan, and act. Youll collaborate with a passionate cross-functional team to push the boundaries of automated telephony and personalized engagement.What Youll DoArchitect Autonomous Agents: Build sophisticated agents using frameworks like Google ADK and OpenAI Agents SDK capable of tool-calling and multi-step reasoning.Master the Voice Stack: Implement and optimize real-time Voice AI pipelines integrating STT and TTS engines (e.g., Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Whisper).Solve for "The Latency Gap": Engineer high-performance solutions to minimize delay, ensuring human-like conversational fluidity in voice interactions.Build the Infrastructure: Develop robust backend orchestration in Python and TypeScript, leveraging RAG to ground agents in business data.Deploy at Scale: Use Terraform and AWS to manage AI/ML infrastructure, ensuring our "brains" are as reliable as they are smart.Iterate with Data: Design and maintain rigorous evaluation suites to measure agent performance and conversational accuracy.Who You AreAn AI Specialist: You have a Bachelors in CS or AI/ML and 3+ years of professional experience in software or ML engineering.A "Builder" Mentality: You enjoy moving from a research paper to a production-ready feature.Technically Polyglot: Proficient in Python, with a strong preference for experience in TypeScript/Node.js.Data-Driven: You understand that an LLM is only as good as its grounding and its evaluation metrics.Bonus points if you have:Experience with WebSocket streams and real-time audio buffer handling.Familiarity with VOIP/SIP stacks (Asterisk, Kamailio).A foundation in Digital Signal Processing (DSP).Hands-on experience with containerized AI service deployment.Our ways of workingEach team has clear responsibilities and goals and the freedom to collaborate on the optimal design for the products and solutions we build.
