About the assignment:

Are you an experienced front-end developer looking to make a real impact on dynamic and user-centric web experiences? Join the innovative team , where you'll be building a dynamic style guide for an existing platform using JavaScript (Vanilla + ES5), CSS, and HTML5. The team is focused on creating a future-proof structure compatible with MUI/React, ensuring the solution is sustainable, modular, and accessible-first.

In this role, you'll have the hands-on opportunity to integrate the style guide with an existing MVC Razor platform, contributing directly to exciting future. Your work will shape seamless and inclusive web experiences, and your contributions will directly impact at open web.

As part of the team, you'll ensure your code is testable, robust, and maintainable, with an emphasis on quality and performance. You'll also help implement solutions that prioritize accessibility, following WCAG/A11Y standards, and deliver a truly inclusive digital experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and implement a dynamic style guide using JavaScript (Vanilla + ES5), CSS, and HTML5.
• Integrate the style guide with an existing MVC Razor platform, ensuring a modular and sustainable solution.
• Implement accessibility-first approaches following WCAG/A11Y standards.
• Write testable, maintainable, and robust code with a focus on quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and communicate across multiple roles.
• Prioritize SEO best practices and maintain a strong understanding of Git for version control.
• Work within an agile development environment, contributing to a highly collaborative team.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in web development, with proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5.
• Deep understanding of WCAG/A11Y and experience designing accessible and inclusive solutions.
• Competence with Git for version control, SEO best practices, and MUI.
• Familiarity with React for building dynamic user interfaces.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to drive projects forward with multiple stakeholders.
• Agile mindset with a strong focus on delivery.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Meritorious Qualifications:

• Experience with Next.js, .NET, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift would be a plus.
