At Encube, were building a cutting-edge visual collaboration platform where hardware teams come together to explore designs, share insights and shape ideas to invent better products faster where 3D is at the center.
Were looking for a Frontend engineer who loves solving complex technical challenges with the end-user in mind. This is a high-impact, high-agency role where youll shape our frontend architecture and help the team iterate quickly without compromising quality, reliability, or security.
We look for engineers who think in products, not just systems. People who take ownership, drive clarity when its missing, and who create lift rather than drag. In return, youll work in a tight-knit product engineering team at the top of their game, building product that really matters.
What youll do
Youll build high-performance, visually refined user experiences for collaborative 3D workflows.
This includes:
- Building core product interfaces using React, Nextjs, and TypeScript
- Developing reusable components and accessible UI systems using shadcn and Radix
- Implementing real-time collaboration features over WebSockets
- Working closely with design and product to create intuitive, responsive interfaces
- Optimizing rendering performance, asset loading, and perceived latency

- React, Nextjs, TypeScript, Three.js, React Three Fiber, shadcn/ui, Radix UI, Tailwind
- WebSockets for real-time updates
- Testing with Vitest and Playwright
- CI/CD via GitHub Actions
What were looking for
- Experience building and maintaining modern frontend applications at scale
- Deep understanding of component architecture, performance and accessibility
- Strong sense for design detail and product polish
- Hands-on and collaborative mindset
- Bonus: experience integrating WebGL, WebGPU or 3D frameworks
